1. Stock Availability:Stock volumes can fluctuate. Normally delivery should occur within 3-4 working Days.
2. Minimum Order:Orders must be a minimum of $200.00 or more.
3. Damaged Goods: If any product is received and is faulty in any way, other than from transport damage, you should notify Miranda Plastics immediately by fax or email listing your contact name, address, phone and fax numbers our invoice number and details of the fault.
4. Return to manufacturer warranty: Transport costs and arrangements associated with back to manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
5. Insurance:Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required by the purchaser it must be arranged by the purchaser either direct with the carrier or their insurance agent.
6. Cancellations:Orders may be cancelled on the following basis.
a) That the cancellation is received prior commencement of manufacture for special orders.
b) If the equipment is a stock item cancellation must be received three (3) working days prior to shipping.
c) A cancellation fee will apply being a minimum of 25% of the purchase price.
7. Return of Goods: Goods returned for credit (other than damaged goods as listed above in section 2), will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with Miranda Plastics. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and will only be accepted if returned in original condition, in original packaging with all original instruction booklets, warranty cards and documents. If the returned item has been used in any way it will be deemed to be second hand and therefore no credit will be issued.
8. Payment:We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard
All shipments are made on the following basis:
- All transport is at the purchasers expense except if prior arrangements have been made with Miranda Plastics.
- Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required by the purchaser, it must be arranged by the purchaser either direct with the carrier or their insurance agent.
- Purchase price does not include unpacking, placement or positioning of equipment or connection to services or removal of rubbish and packing crates.
